This policy explains how Daso, Inc. ("Daso," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects phone numbers in connection with text (SMS) messaging. It covers SMS only. It does not describe our broader product data practices.

Collection of phone numbers

We collect your phone number only when you voluntarily provide it, for example when you create an account or sign up to receive notifications. By providing your phone number, you opt in to receive SMS messages from Daso.

How we use phone numbers

We use your phone number to send you transactional text messages related to your Daso account, such as account, safety, and notification messages. We do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing

We share your phone number only with our SMS provider, who delivers messages on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any other third party for their own marketing or any other purpose. SMS opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties.

Opting out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Once you opt out, we will not send you further SMS messages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any significant changes in a prominent place on our site.
